Currently, I am a Senior Lifecycle Campaign Manager at GR0, specializing in retention and lifecycle marketing programs.I directly manage email and SMS lifecycle programs for 8–10 clients at a time, owning everything from campaign calendars and copywriting to hands-on implementation in Klaviyo. I also advise clients on additional retention tools that integrate subscription, loyalty, profile identification programs and more into their business.While retention is my specialty, my full omnichannel digital marketing experience has enabled me to advise on the full marketing landscape for brands I work with. I excel at building strong, lasting relationships and designing retention programs that keep your customers engaged and buying. I'm proud to have maintained a 98%+ client retention rate over the past year.On the personal front, I live in Indianapolis, IN, with my incredible wife and my two lovely daughters. My free time is mostly spent with them, but I also like to squeeze in a pickleball match or disc golf round when I can as well.
